Record of witness fees, 1910.

Clerks and other officers of the county court received a fee for each witness in a court case in his court. This fee was to be deposited in the State Treasury. This series consists of county-by-county entries which list the date the fee was collected, amount, witnesses name, court in which he was a witness, docket number of case, the cause of case, final termination, and date the Treasurer received the funds.
